Questions

Good things to know.

What’s actually free?

The whole open library — every published lesson, in both Watch and Learn modes, with quizzes and streaks. No card, no trial clock. Family and Schools unlock the full curriculum, multiple learners, dashboards and offline use.

How is Family different from Schools?

Family is built around a household: one bill, up to four learner profiles, and a parent dashboard. Schools is built around a roster: per-student seats, teacher/admin dashboards, class assignments, cohort analytics, SSO, and invoice billing.

Can I switch or cancel anytime?

Yes. Family is month-to-month or annual and cancels anytime; you keep access through the period you paid for. Schools runs on an annual agreement with onboarding support.

Do you support homeschool co-ops?

Co-ops usually land between Family and Schools — talk to us and we’ll size a seat plan that fits, including shared admin and rostering.

Is it aligned to standards?

Family and Schools include a standards-alignment view so you can map lessons to common frameworks and see coverage at a glance.

What about ESA / education funds?

ESA and education-savings-account eligibility is planned; many families can apply qualifying funds toward a Family plan. Reach out and we’ll help with documentation.
