Questions

Good things to know.

What’s actually free?

The overview: the first class of all 125 subjects — a real, full-length introduction to each one, in both Watch and Learn modes, with quizzes and streaks — plus The Curious Feed. Free forever, no card, no trial clock.

What’s the Band plan?

Band is for a learner who only needs one tier — just Primary, Middle, High School, College, or Topics. You get the full curriculum for that one tier and up to two learners, for $9/mo. The moment you want a second tier or a third kid, Family ($18/mo) unlocks the whole library — all five tiers.

How is Family different from Schools?

Family is built around a household: one bill, up to four learner profiles, and a parent dashboard. Schools is built around a roster: per-student seats, teacher/admin dashboards, class assignments, cohort analytics, SSO, and invoice billing.

Can I switch or cancel anytime?

Yes. Band and Family are month-to-month or annual and cancel anytime; you keep access through the period you paid for. You can also move up from Band to Family (or change bands) whenever you like.

Is it aligned to standards?

Family and Schools will include a standards-alignment view (rolling out) so you can map lessons to common frameworks and see coverage at a glance.

What about ESA / education funds?

ESA and education-savings-account eligibility is planned; many families can apply qualifying funds toward a Band or Family plan. Reach out and we’ll help with documentation.
